Welcome to Blue Heaven Travel Agency. When you book a travel service, tour, or package through our website, you agree to comply with the following Payment Terms & Conditions. This includes any add-ons. The same applies if you book through our office or authorized representatives. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Blue Heaven Travel Agency accepts the following forms of payment:
- Online Payments: Major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.), secure bank transfers, and approved digital wallets.
- Cash Payments: Accepted only in person at our official office locations or authorized agency partners. For security reasons, we do not accept cash via mail, courier, or third-party drop-offs.

2. Payment Schedule & Deadlines

4. Cash Payment Guidelines
- Cash payments must be made in person to our Authorized Agent.
- An official, itemized receipt will be provided upon payment.
- Travel documents will only be released once full payment is verified and cleared.
5. Late Payments & Reservation Holds
- Blue Heaven Travel Agency reserves the right to place a temporary hold on your reservation if payment is overdue.
- A late payment fee of [10 %] may be applied if payment is received after the stated deadline.
- Unpaid reservations will be automatically released, and all deposits/fees will be forfeited according to our Cancellation Policy.
6. Refunds, Cancellations & Modifications

8. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

- Unjustified chargebacks for valid, non-cancelled bookings may result in immediate reservation cancellation, blacklisting from future bookings, and recovery fees for administrative and supplier costs.

- Your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of cleared funds.
- E-tickets, vouchers, itineraries, and travel documents will be issued and sent to your registered email once payment is fully settled.
- Blue Heaven Travel Agency is not liable for travel disruptions caused by delayed or failed payments.
