BLUE HEAVEN TRAVEL – PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Deposit Requirements
All reservations require a deposit at the time of booking to secure inventory. Deposit amounts vary by supplier (hotels, cruises, tours, airlines) and are clearly stated in the initial quotation. Deposits are typically due within 48 hours of confirmation unless a grace period is explicitly approved in writing. Deposits are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective supplier.
2. Final Payment Deadlines
Full payment is due no later than the supplier’s specified deadline, typically 60–90 days prior to departure. Clients will receive a detailed invoice with the exact due date. Failure to remit final payment by the deadline may result in automatic cancellation without refund, and Blue Heaven Travel will not be liable for supplier-imposed penalties.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank wire transfers, and certified checks. All payments must reference the booking/reservation number. Credit card transactions may incur a processing fee of up to 2.5% where legally permitted. Bank transfers must clear in full before travel documents are issued.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies are strictly governed by supplier terms and will be applied as stated at the time of booking. Refunds for deposits or partial payments are processed within 14–30 business days after supplier confirmation. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against non-refundable losses. Blue Heaven Travel will advocate on behalf of clients in cases of supplier default or significant itinerary changes.
5. Late Payments & Administrative Fees
Payments received after the invoice due date may incur a late fee of $50 USD or 5% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater. Accounts with repeated late payments may be required to pay in full upfront for future bookings or may be subject to revised credit terms.
6. Special Circumstances & Force Majeure
Blue Heaven Travel recognizes that unforeseen events (e.g., medical emergencies, bereavement, natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or supplier insolvency) may disrupt travel plans. While supplier policies generally apply, we will make every reasonable effort to negotiate waivers, travel credits, or alternative arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
7. Taxes, Fees & Third-Party Charges
Quoted prices exclude government taxes, port/airport fees, resort charges, gratuities, visa/entry requirements, and optional services unless explicitly stated. These fees are the traveler’s responsibility and will be invoiced as applicable. Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or supplier rate adjustments prior to final payment.
8. Amendments & Governing Terms
By submitting payment or confirming a booking, clients and booking partners agree to these terms, the specific supplier conditions attached to the itinerary, and the jurisdiction of [Insert State/Country] for dispute resolution. These terms may be updated without prior notice. Partner agencies, group bookings, or corporate accounts may operate under separate written agreements that supersede these general conditions.

Blue Heaven Travel reserves the right to modify terms to reflect regulatory, supplier, or operational changes. Printed invoices and supplier confirmations serve as binding supplements to these terms.
