Karnak Temple Sound & Light Show

This show is a combination of Music and a narration of the history of Ancient Egyptian Thebes (Waset), with playing color lights illuminate the main sections of the great temple of Amun Ra inside the Karnak Complex of temples. The show begins as you walk along the Avenue of Sphinx, passing through the towering facade into the Great Court. The second part of the Sound and Light Show at Karnak will be watched while you are seated overlooking the sacred lake of Amun Ra.

Our tour leader will pick you up to the Sound and Light Show in Karnak Temple from any Nile cruise or hotel located in Luxor to start your Luxor excursions and attend the Karnak Sound and Light Show. He will give you the tickets and will take you to the place where the show starts. You will walk through the temple forecourt, then you will pas by the great hypostyle hall to reach the sacred lake.

You will see the incredible Obelisks of Queen Hatshepsut and  Tutmosis III. The last part of the show will be performed while you are sitting by the sacred lake, The performance tells the history of the complex as well as the city of the ancient WASET known by ancient Greeks as Thebes of Egypt

After you watch the show you will be transferred back to your hotel in Luxor.
