Our Cancellation Policy

At Blue Heaven Travel, we value your trust and strive to provide transparent, fair policies for all our guests. Please review the following guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds:

Standard Cancellations

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund, minus any non-refundable fees (such as bank charges or supplier deposits).
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
• 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total booking cost.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund available.

No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled trip without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.

Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen events beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), Blue Heaven Travel will make every effort to reschedule your trip or provide credit toward future travel.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation. Please note that currency exchange differences and bank fees may apply.
